Processing and delivery times

  • Processing: Orders are typically processed the same day; please allow up to 1 business day before shipment. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Delivery: Most orders to the continental United States arrive within 2 business days of ordering (the first business day is processing time).
  • Longer transit: Rural addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses take longer.
  • Business days: Shipping timelines refer to business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).

Where we ship

  • We ship to U.S. addresses only, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • We do not currently ship Revivol-XR® products to international destinations from Hemorrhoid.com.
  • Carriers occasionally experience delays beyond our control (for example, severe weather or carrier disruptions).
